True Heart of College Athletics

Amazing tales of courage and achievement…the true heart of college athletics.

Last week the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics (http://www.nfoura.org/) celebrated the Wilma Rudolph student-athlete achievement awards in Buffalo, NY.  I can tell you personally there was not a dry eye in the crowd when these young people shared their stories.

So as the headlines are dominated by topics such as conference realignment and revenue sharing, please take a moment and read about these incredibly inspiring young women and men and their accomplishments.  They represent all that is good with college athletics.

lockout effects a lot of thgnis. Yes madden, it also affects citys, the usual money they bring in for ticket sales, food at the stadium, they dont get any money. Citys also lose money, becuase without games theres no tailgating, food places downtown, will lose a lot of cash, people who make money from parking lose money, everyone loses money. Pizza places, stores, fast food, tv companys, direc tv, sunday ticket brings in a lot of money. without football no more monday night partys, so not as much bussiness, stores wont sell the chips, pretels, napkins, ect. Football is one of the biggest profits in america.

I do like the manner in which you have fraemd this specific challenge and it does indeed supply me some fodder for thought. On the other hand, because of everything that I have observed, I simply just wish as other reviews pack on that folks remain on point and don’t embark on a soap box involving some other news du jour. Yet, thank you for this outstanding point and whilst I do not necessarily agree with this in totality, I respect the point of view.

Amazing weblog! Do you might have any suggestions for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own weblog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you suggest starting with a totally free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? You’ll find so several choices out there that I’m completely overwhelmed .. Any tips? Appreciate it!
